Recipes

My motto is simple: always have something to cook with, even if there is seemingly nothing in the kitchen. I offer ideas for soups, main courses and quick treats for breakfast that you can prepare quickly and easily.

Soups

Garlic and potatoes can be used to conjure up garlic soup. Onions make an excellent onion soup. Carrots alone will work well for carrot soup. The classic combination of root vegetables (carrots, parsley and celery) will serve perfectly in vegetable broth or million-dollar soup. I put the cauliflower stalk in the base of the cauliflower soup. Leftover chicken bones with a little meat can be used to make chicken broth. There is a really large selection of soups.

Lunches

Chicken dishes such as schnitzels, executioner's whip, chicken baked like pheasant, chicken with paprika. Different types of goulash: potato, pork, beef, mushroom, venison, Szeged. Sauces such as tomato, mushroom, cucumber, sirloin, Spanish birds. From Old Czech cuisine, I would place Wallachian contrabáš, mushroom kuba, lepenice, cat štajryš, rozstirnky are also good.

Baking

Various modifications of gingerbread dough can be used to bake, for example, sakrajda, pumprnikl, Miletín prayers, Štramberk ears, classic gingerbread on a baking sheet. With minor variations of the ingredients for the dough or fillings, it is possible to bake Podmokly, Flekanec, Pajerský, Christmas Eve cake, Volary pastries, plum jam and cottage cheese buns. Plum jam, pear jam and apple jam are an integral part of this. Walnuts, almonds, raisins and poppy seeds. Bebe biscuits make a delicious bebe bun.
